A heraldry designer and seal engraver from Boston puts together a book of State Coat of Arms. Each one based on the paintings deposited in Independence Hall in Philadelphia. Included in that book, of course, was this handsome one for Texas.
And since the art is now in the public domain, well, I put it on paper.
