“Rivers and snow. Such things, they make my heart go. Blackbirds, whispering trees. White horses and grass so green. Oh, this place is home.” - Tales of Olde

When we heard this song from our friends Tales of Olde, a now disbanded Boston group, we knew we had to team up and make a print. You see, Lucas is from Brazil. His bandmates are from West Texas and East Tennessee and New England and all over. Their songs speak truth to those who are headed home, whether that is back down South or up in the heavens for all eternity.

Christmas gift

Lovely print. Perfect gift for a friend who had been through personal upheaval and moved from a long time place of residence. Love your stuff!

This is us

My wife and I are from completely different worlds... Me, from small town North Carolina. Her, from Toronto, Canada. But we somehow found each other in New York City. We got this print together and it hangs proudly in our living room - and will hang proudly in whatever living room we ever have.

THIS place is home.

A lot of states have a special place in my heart - Tennessee, Alabama, Maine, and more - so it's always been hard to pick out a favorite from The Old Try. And then I came across this print. I love that I am able to move from place to place but still claim it as my home. It marks who we are and what season we're in no matter where we are in the world. Together, in this house, we are home.

Home is where you hang your print

First we lived in SC. Bought a couple of state prints. Moved to AL & purchased sweet home, because it was. Moved to MS & debated over crooked letters & Faulkner & finally realized that this print says it all. In three houses now we've hung it so it's the first thing you see when you open our front door. THIS place is home.
