New frame on the wall: that’s the $100 check I got for designing the Mississippi flag. I'm proud as everything to be one of the designers on the state banner. It's there to remind me on the slow days, the quiet days, the hard days. Keeping at it, year after year, is what get us shots at the Big Leagues. I framed it so that it doesn't go into a drawer where I forget that. I need to see a reminder every day.
