We're tickled to have teamed up with WM. Lamb & Son, of Tallahassee, FL on our newest batch of Manners prints. We packed them up and shipped them down yesterday and they will be selling them from their website in the near future.
They'd reached out to us a few months back, as we run in similar circles of Southern folks on the internet. I'd seen them when their patterns popped up on the back of a line of Brooks Brother's coats and ties by the Social Primer. Now, I know that's a lot of name dropping there, but that's just kinda how folks find out about new things.
They see things they like, reach out, and work together.
At any rate, we're big fans of the textiles patterns that Mr. Lamb paints. I can imagine them looking so great on a chair in an otherwise sparse room, and bringing that warmth of home with it. They got their hands in a lot of other things down there, too.
The print below, the amazing print below, came from his family's old hunt camp. William told me before they tore it down he took some pictures of that old wallpaper and recreated it. Talk about saving something important.
They appreciate the same things we do: good, honest, hard working design with a story behind it.
Well, we printed up a print in their logo colors and shipped it down to them and it should be for sale real soon. So if you loved Manners but thought "I should would like that in red and black" well then, sir, this is your luck day.
Give the Lamb's some clicks. They are good folks real deserving of your time.
