Make me a Christmas cookie, clown.

Christmas Cookie Cocktail!

For when you want to fancy up Christmas. Which should be always.

Chocolate sauce
2 oz. White Godiva Vodka
2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz. half and half

... Chill cocktail glass
...  Drizzle chocolate sauce into said glass
... Add all the good bits to a shaker
... Shake what your mama gave you
... Pour into glass
... Garnish with a candy...

Egg Bowl.


For in case I get egg on my face tonight. Egg goes better with the taste of New Orleans on the tounge.

1 cube sugar
1½ ounces  Rye Whiskey
¼ ounce Herbsaint
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Lemon peel

... Pack an Old-Fashioned glass with ice
... In a second Old-Fashioned glass place the sugar cube and add the Peychaud's Bitters to it, then crush the sugar cube

Tonight I plan to mix up a Pegu Club, thank my lucky stars that cooler heads have prevailed, and watch Ken Burn's latest documentary, Prohibition, on PBS.
Pegu Club 

1 1/2 ounces Hendricks, 3/4 ounce Cointreau, 1 teaspoon Lime juice, Dash Angostura, Dash Peychauds. Combine ingredients – Shake. Add a twist of lime. Tune into to channel 602.
